Determined, Extroverted & Resilient are just a few words to describe Ella..

She was raised in the Hagerstown | Frederick area and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2023. She has shown great interest in the business side of beauty and fashion and will be attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC focusing on marketing and communications as well as working in the salon.

Ella loves to surround herself within a creative environment. Her whole life she has been in dance and gymnastics as she will continue her love for the art of dance at Fashion Institute of Technology. Her love for exploration took her to Hawaii to live for a year as she was immersed in the culture that had continued to fuel her passion to journey around the world.

Ella is a foodie by nature and loves to try new recipes, visit new places, and listen to music as she spends quality time with the people she loves.

Get to know her…

Kristin is a Hagerstown MD native and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002. In 2008, she decided to shift her focus and left the industry to pursue her education in Business Management & Psychology/Marketing at Frostburg State University.

As the Owner of Kaptivated Kulture, she is a Marketing Powerhouse. Kris works passionately at cultivating client relationships by providing creative and strategic branding solutions that drive direct business growth within their business.

With over 8 years of experience specializing in Social Media Marketing, Communications and Management, Kristin believes in the power of community and connection. She has reignited her enthusiasm for the beauty industry with an open mind about her future as a beauty professional. For now, she is the energized smiling face that greets you and supports your salon experience. She has a real passion for people!

Get to know her…

Entering JAGGER | JAMES as an assistant, Kenedy has demonstrated early, the qualities of a focused and reliable team member. She has shown her dedication to follow through with her goals as having recently received her Business degree from Hagerstown Community College in 2023. As well as being currently enrolled in THE | Apprenticeship program at JAGGER | JAMES under the guidance of Education Director Loree Wesley. 

Her belief system is how you choose to make a living is how you choose to make a life. The importance of “loving what you do” has influenced her decision to pursue a career in the hair industry.

With excitement, her desire is to make a positive impact through building confidence and self-expression. Growing up on a local family orchard her work ethic and sincere passion as a team player is evident. She has always loved the art of makeup, hair and skin. Kenedy enjoys reading mysteries, exploring local coffee shops, live music with hopes to travel and learn through those experiences.

Her color work expertise extends to both naturally enhanced looks to fashion-forward bold hair colors, allowing clients to express themselves with each detail. Whether you’re looking for a complete transformation or a subtle enhancement, Brittany has the skill and creativity to make your hair dreams a reality!

Cam has been an integral part of the JAGGER | JAMES foundation since 2017. Her interest in the field was sparked early in life and her talent has developed naturally through her apprenticeship under the guidance of Loree Wesley in THE | Education program at JAGGER | JAMES SALON .

Now as a licensed cosmetologist, Cam is excited to begin her professional career and share her amazing talents with clients. Cam is proficient in Women’s cutting, coloring, styling and makeup. Her role as a team member has been utilized supporting the JAGGER | JAMES brand with hair, makeup and styling for editorial photo shoots and video projects.
