We’re excited to introduce and welcome Abby Stubbs to the JAGGER | JAMES SALON team.

After a life changing event, Abby decided to follow her lifelong dream and enroll into cosmetology school at The Temple: A Paul Mitchell Partner School in Frederick, MD. During her time at the Temple, Abby maximized every opportunity where she graduated on the Dean’s List. She was also able to secure an opportunity working backstage at NYC fashion week. She attended NAHA (North American Hair Awards) and was also an honorable mention for The Professional Beauty Association Beacon Awards for her work.

I absolutely love helping my clients feel beautiful and confident through their personal transformation. Each experience is unique and special just as much as they are. I’m very excited to share my talent and abilities with every person that I can.”

As a mother of 3, Abby has found her balance by spending dedicated quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys attending social events such as music concerts, sporting events and slowing down with patio time.

We’re excited to introduce and welcome Cam Sherbert to the JAGGER | JAMES SALON team.

It all began when Cam arrived to JAGGER | JAMES SALON seeking professional advice with the interest of learning more about an apprenticeship program.

With over 10 years of pre-professional ballet and other forms of dance and movement under her belt, she thrives in an environment filled with discipline and structured learning. Her love for beauty was introduced to her from styling hair and applying makeup for friends for various occasions. She has a strong personal interest and natural ability with makeup and hopes to continue this on a more professional level.

“What excites me is the idea to have a career in the beauty industry and to do something that I love everyday. Being able to take someone in their natural state and enhance their look into something truly unique is what I look forward to.”

In Cam’s personal time she enjoys following beauty influencers on social media platforms to keep her up to date with beauty techniques. She also values and loves the time spent with her loved ones, friends and her dog.

Sam arrives to JAGGER | JAMES SALON with over a decade of experience behind the chair. From the beginning of her career, Sam has had such a strong passion for education and learning which has enabled her to advance to the level of success that she has reached. She says, “It’s essential to stay current and fashion forward on trends and techniques to ensure that I’m giving each guest what they are looking for and to suggest recommendations”!

She has trained with the industries top talent and educators from Sam Villa, Beth Minardi and Kris Sorbie.

Sam has become known for her attention to detail in all aspects of hair & makeup. She loves personalized dry cutting to maximize texture and movement leaving each guest feeling confident and looking great. She feels that life is about finding a balance and her profession helps her do just that, she takes great satisfaction by being a part of making someone’s day.

The Appointment

JAGGER | JAMES SALON thanks you for scheduling an appointment with our team and for allowing us to host you in our space. To ensure your experience is relaxed and enjoyable, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment(s) to receive our complete service.

The Delayed Arrival

JAGGER | JAMES SALON will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays/emergencies that may occur; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate your appointment, or you may be asked to reschedule. Anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointed time will be considered a “NO SHOW” and subject to the cancellation policy.

The Cancellation

Your appointment is very important to our entire salon team. We have a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask that if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s) that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. This will enable our salon team to adjust their schedules accordingly, and accommodate on our waiting list. If last minute cancellations or “NO SHOWS” become a habit, a cancellation fee will be assessed. The cancellation fees listed below will need to be honored at the time guests reschedule the next appointment.

  • Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved service(s) amount.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service(s) amount.

As a courtesy, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, JAGGER | JAMES SALON will call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time. If we are unable to reach you and are only able to leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and confirm your appointment time during our business hours.

The Service

JAGGER | JAMES SALON is committed to providing an outstanding experience to all of our guests with each and every service. If you are dissatisfied, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may reschedule you at no charge. Any concerns reported after 7 days from the original appointment date will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

The Goods

JAGGER | JAMES SALON hopes that you are pleased with your purchase. However, we will be happy to offer an exchange of your purchase for salon retail credit with a valid receipt, if returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

The Setting

JAGGER | JAMES SALON is a non-smoking establishment. The salon is an environment which is not childproofed (scissors, chemicals, hot tools, etc.). If you must bring your child with you for your appointment, he or she MUST be well-behaved and able to stay seated in the waiting area.

The Payment

JAGGER | JAMES SALON accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Personal Checks with proper identification. Please note, there will be a $30 return check fee.
