We’re excited to formally introduce and announce Kristin Holt to the JAGGER | JAMES SALON team as THE | Concierge.

Get to know her…

Kristin is a Hagerstown MD native and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002. In 2008, she decided to shift her focus and left the industry to pursue her education in Business Management & Psychology/Marketing at Frostburg State University.

As the Owner of Kaptivated Kulture, she is a Marketing Powerhouse. Kris works passionately at cultivating client relationships by providing creative and strategic branding solutions that drive direct business growth within their business.

With over 8 years of experience specializing in Social Media Marketing, Communications and Management, Kristin believes in the power of community and connection. She has reignited her enthusiasm for the beauty industry with an open mind about her future as a beauty professional. For now, she is the energized smiling face that greets you and supports your salon experience. She has a real passion for people!

Kristin loves creating new experiences by exploring new cities with her beautiful daughters and is always down to enjoy a good taco! She enjoys vibing with great music and dances to the beat of her own drum!

To the JAGGER | JAMES family and community…

Due to the most recent announcement and executive order from our Governor Hogan, we will continue to be CLOSED until further notice. We hope that the timeline of 30-days will be lifted and we can resume to doing what we love.

Throughout this quarantined period, we HAVE and WILL continue to abide by all standards and regulations suggested by our local and federal government. We thank our community for the amazing support and please feel free to stay connected with any questions or concerns.

We also will NOT be scheduling or re-scheduling new appointments until the date of Re-Opening is confirmed. This is to ensure that we will not have on-going scheduling inconveniences to our guests.
