Get to know her…

Kristin is a Hagerstown MD native and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002. In 2008, she decided to shift her focus and left the industry to pursue her education in Business Management & Psychology/Marketing at Frostburg State University.

As the Owner of Kaptivated Kulture, she is a Marketing Powerhouse. Kris works passionately at cultivating client relationships by providing creative and strategic branding solutions that drive direct business growth within their business.

With over 8 years of experience specializing in Social Media Marketing, Communications and Management, Kristin believes in the power of community and connection. She has reignited her enthusiasm for the beauty industry with an open mind about her future as a beauty professional. For now, she is the energized smiling face that greets you and supports your salon experience. She has a real passion for people!

Kristin loves creating new experiences by exploring new cities with her beautiful daughters and is always down to enjoy a good taco! She enjoys vibing with great music and dances to the beat of her own drum!

Get to know her…

Cam has been an integral part of the JAGGER | JAMES foundation since 2017. Her interest in the field was sparked early in life and her talent has developed naturally through her apprenticeship under the guidance of Loree Wesley in THE | Education program at JAGGER | JAMES SALON .

Now as a licensed cosmetologist, Cam is excited to begin her professional career and share her amazing talents with clients. Cam is proficient in Women’s cutting, coloring, styling and makeup. Her role as a team member has been utilized supporting the JAGGER | JAMES brand with hair, makeup and styling for editorial photo shoots and video projects. Cam’s connections to those she works with are authentic and honest with her experience as an assistant to our top stylists has developed her skills to be a well-rounded artist.

Outside of work, Cam enjoys making her house the coziest place on earth while spending time with her husband, three German Shepherds and her family.
