Brittanyโ€™s journey has inherently been one of a creative expression. Her love for fashion and art began in early childhood and eventually blossomed into a career as a hairstylist. Guided by her unwavering passion for the transformative power of style, she continuously seeks innovative ways to elevate herself within the hair industry.

She specializes in the art of dry cutting and creating personalized styles that perfectly complements each individual’s unique features. Her color work expertise extends to both naturally enhanced looks to fashion-forward bold hair colors, allowing clients to express themselves with each detail. Whether you’re looking for a complete transformation or a subtle enhancement, Brittany has the skill and creativity to make your hair dreams a reality!

Outside of the salon, she is an avid reader and enjoys learning about astrology, science, and psychology. A rock and roll photography enthusiast, and a lover of interior decorating. She enjoys curating her home with all things quaint and peculiar to compliment her space for her and her cats. She loves to travels to cities to explore and find inspiration.

Due to the most recent announcement and executive order from our Governor Hogan, we will continue to be CLOSED until further notice. We hope that the timeline of 30-days will be lifted and we can resume to doing what we love.

Throughout this quarantined period, we HAVE and WILL continue to abide by all standards and regulations suggested by our local and federal government. We thank our community for the amazing support and please feel free to stay connected with any questions or concerns.

The Appointment

JAGGER | JAMES SALON thanks you for scheduling an appointment with our team and for allowing us to host you in our space. To ensure your experience is relaxed and enjoyable, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment(s) to receive our complete service.

The Delayed Arrival

JAGGER | JAMES SALON will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays/emergencies that may occur; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate your appointment, or you may be asked to reschedule. Anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointed time will be considered a โ€œNO SHOWโ€ and subject to the cancellation policy.

The Cancellation

Your appointment is very important to our entire salon team. We have a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask that if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s) that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. This will enable our salon team to adjust their schedules accordingly, and accommodate on our waiting list. The cancellation fees listed below will need to be honored at the time guests reschedule the next appointment.

  • Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service(s) amount.
  • โ€œNO SHOWSโ€ will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s) amount.

As a courtesy, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, JAGGER | JAMES SALON will text and/or email to confirm the date and time. If we are unable to reach you and are only able to leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and confirm your appointment time during our business hours.

The Service

JAGGER | JAMES SALON is committed to providing an outstanding experience to all of our guests with each and every service. If you are dissatisfied, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may reschedule you at no charge. Any concerns reported after 7 days from the original appointment date will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

The Goods

JAGGER | JAMES SALON hopes that you are pleased with your purchase. However, we will be happy to offer an exchange of your purchase for salon retail credit with a valid receipt, if returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

The Setting

JAGGER | JAMES SALON is a non-smoking establishment. The salon is an environment which is not childproofed (scissors, chemicals, hot tools, etc.) *Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are NOT permitted in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment.

The Payment

JAGGER | JAMES SALON accepts ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Personal Checks with proper identification. Please note, there will be a $30 return check fee.
