Cole found his interest in the craft of hairdressing during high school and shortly after enrolled in one of the most prestigious private career schools, The TEMPLE: A Paul Mitchell Partner School.
As an accomplished Eagle Scout, Cole has developed a strong sense of discipline, life skills and attention to detail which characterizes his work ethic.
He finds his inspiration from abstract art, Avant-Garde/alternative fashion, geometric and organic textiles. He also enjoys skateboarding, reading a good book and video gaming as a personal outlet, his passion for building computers and working on cars with his father is extremely important to him as well.

The origin of JAGGER | JAMES is deeply personal, an intimate expression of legacy and intention. “JAGGER,” once chosen as a future name, represents possibility and forward vision. “JAMES” pays tribute to Loree’s late father, grounding the brand in heritage and meaning.

Together, the name embodies the intersection of past and future—a living extension of their combined perspective, where influence, artistry, and meticulous detail converge.
