The Appointment

JAGGER | JAMES SALON thanks you for scheduling an appointment with our team and for allowing us to host you in our space. To ensure your experience is relaxed and enjoyable, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment(s) to receive our complete service.

The Delayed Arrival

JAGGER | JAMES SALON will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays/emergencies that may occur; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate your appointment, or you may be asked to reschedule. Anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointed time will be considered a “NO SHOW” and subject to the cancellation policy.

The Cancellation

Your appointment is very important to our entire salon team. We have a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask that if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s) that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. This will enable our salon team to adjust their schedules accordingly, and accommodate on our waiting list. If last minute cancellations or “NO SHOWS” become a habit, a cancellation fee will be assessed. The cancellation fees listed below will need to be honored at the time guests reschedule the next appointment.

  • Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved service(s) amount.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service(s) amount.

As a courtesy, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, JAGGER | JAMES SALON will call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time. If we are unable to reach you and are only able to leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and confirm your appointment time during our business hours.

The Service

JAGGER | JAMES SALON is committed to providing an outstanding experience to all of our guests with each and every service. If you are dissatisfied, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may reschedule you at no charge. Any concerns reported after 7 days from the original appointment date will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

The Goods

JAGGER | JAMES SALON hopes that you are pleased with your purchase. However, we will be happy to offer an exchange of your purchase for salon retail credit with a valid receipt, if returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

The Setting

JAGGER | JAMES SALON is a non-smoking establishment. The salon is an environment which is not childproofed (scissors, chemicals, hot tools, etc.). If you must bring your child with you for your appointment, he or she MUST be well-behaved and able to stay seated in the waiting area.

The Payment

JAGGER | JAMES SALON accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Personal Checks with proper identification. Please note, there will be a $30 return check fee.

JAGGER | JAMES SALON maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects our policies, facilities, staff, and/or guests. All guest information and services are confidential and/or private.
